3 years of working with a holistic healing shop in Woodstock and have decided to take my business online and mobile. When I first started, I had previous experience as a Chef and found that a lot of the foods can actually heal the body from within, thus starting the journey. It developed into learning about the chakras and how they affect the human body, These chakras are in tune with certain crystals and stones as well as a vibrational sound attuned to each one. With plenty of time during the pandemic, I began to read a lot as well as had time to practice on myself and others by tuning in to help so many people with various issues and how to resolve them
